- Identity and Contact Data: Name, email and phone number.
- Other Data: Age of your child/children and information on their piano playing progress.

I collect data:
- When you contact me via my website or via email or text message.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
I use your data:
- To follow up lesson enquiries (legitimate interest)
- To schedule and organise appropriate lessons (contract): Record and acknowledge contributions.
- To communicate (contract): Send invoices, progress reports and other general updates.
- For my own tax records (legal obligations): Tracking payments for lessons.
4. Sharing Your Data
I share data with:
- Service Providers: Examination Boards if we agree that I will enter you for an examination.
5. International Transfers
Data is processed in the UK.
6. Data Retention
- Data for individuals taking lessons with me is kept for the duration of lessons and for up to 2 years after lessons cease.
- Data for enquiries is retained for 6 months, or if longer the duration they are on my waiting list. I will follow up at least annually and confirm if you wish to remain on my waiting list and delete information for anyone not wishing to stay on my waiting list.
7. Your Rights
You can:
- Access your data.
- Request corrections or deletion.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Withdraw consent for communications.
